About the company:

Cartrefi was established as a not-for-profit charity in 1989 by a group of parents and activists. We mainly support people with learning disabilities in Wales. The company currently employs 1200 employees, 650 people we support and 1000s of friends, family and supporters. We are an innovative organisation that encourages the people we support, its employees and members of the community to be in control of one of Wales’ largest support providers.
