Purpose of the Job
Oversee the service center policies objectives and initiatives. Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and potential to increase profits.
Job Accountabilities
- Improve the quality of customer service and retention.
- Maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objectives and ensure safety of the center petty cash.
- Visit existing customers and canvass for new customers, insurance companies, fleets, etc.
- Liaise with customers on vehicles equipment, prepares service contracts and negotiate terms with customers.
- Negotiate with insurance surveyors concerning accident work.
- Coordinate with principals on technical problems and service issues.
- Prepare the annual training plan and ensure its implementation.
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of equipment and special tools.
- Assist in preparation of business plan and annual budget.
