Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual customer support via voice and video channels
- Handle account servicing and enquiries on banking products and services
- Review customer accounts and transactions in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements
- Resolve customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up on issues
- Work closely with internal teams to support service delivery and customer experience improvements
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
