Introduction

Role purpose: The Service & Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple contracts within a multi-technical facility management environment, ensuring the efficient delivery of hard services, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), HVAC, and other critical infrastructure maintenance. This role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and optimal resource allocation. The Area Manager will lead technical teams, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
