**Title:** Service Maintenance

**Purpose**

Performs maintenance duties as well as serves as safety coordinator and assists in coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries in the Lawn and Garden Shop.

**Responsibilities**

+ Keep all facilities neat and organized including the shop, parts, and showroom
+ Perform maintenance on buildings as instructed
+ Keep the lot neat and organized
+ Lawn mowing and snow removal
+ Maintain service trucks and pickups as needed
+ Perform shop equipment maintenance
+ Perform light repair work in the Lawn and Garden Shop
+ Coordinate safety inspections and safety meetings
+ Help with deliveries when needed
+ Coordinate pickups and deliveries for the Lawn and Garden Shop
