Summary of Position:
The Service Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting Service customers with the warmest welcome, maintaining the flow of vehicles in the Drive-Thru and lot area, and using the highest courtesy to park customers’ and courtesy vehicles.KPIs:
Ensures all cars are cleaned thoroughly with appropriate cleaning products
It is always courteous and professional when interacting with customers, greeting all customers promptly and making sure that they are always given great service
Ensures customers’ needs are addressed while coordinating their Service Appointment
Customers’ vehicles, ROs, and keys are accurately matched
Ensures customers are transferred to advisors within 15 minutes of arrival or otherwise keeps them informed of waiting time
