College degree or above, with more than 3 years of security management experience in hotels or large venues; holder of fire control certificate is preferred.
Familiar with national security regulations, fire protection standards and hotel security system operations, with the ability to formulate emergency response plans.
Good team management skills, able to effectively coordinate the security team to complete daily and emergency tasks.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with public security, fire departments and the hotel internal.
Good health, no bad records, able to adapt to shift work, and have a certain physical fitness foundation.
Strong sense of responsibility, calm and decisive in handling affairs, with keen ability to identify security risks.
