Under the supervision and guidance of the Manager, Customer Support, the Service Hub Representative (SHR) plays an important role in promoting a positive service culture at Seneca by resolving all incoming customer inquiries regarding Seneca programs, subject/course offerings and services, and general Seneca information. The SHR supports customers through a variety of channels, including in person, on the phone, through virtual appointments, and through e-mail/text/social media. As the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective and current students, faculty and staff, the SHR provides the highest level of customer service, reflective of Seneca’s values and mission.
