Position Overview
- Customer account servicing - conduct on-site inspections of lubrication systems, equipment, and application processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their operational needs and challenges.
- Perform oil sampling, condition monitoring, and interpretation to assess lubricant performance.
- Provide tailored, proactive recommendations to improve lubricant application and overall system efficiency.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address challenges and develop bespoke solutions.
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
