Position Overview MetroSys is seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer  to lead and deliver complex tenant-to-tenant migration and Modern Workplace transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

This is a client-facing, architect-level role responsible for designing, leading, and executing large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic advisor and hands-on technical leader, capable of engaging stakeholders, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across diverse environments.
