BASIC FUNCTIONS
Investigate and handle all customers' complaints and product failures.
Providing after-sales technical support and site service responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
Review and assist in processing warranty claims from distributors.
Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide theinstallation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customersaccording to the scope of the project.
2. Provides after salestechnical support, troubleshooting and site service to customers in a timelymanner to ensure that the product is operational.
3. Handles wide rangeof diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) to provide support todepartments in terms of service and training.
4. Ensures alltechnical and training documents are up-to-date and organized.
