Provide active on-site and remote service and maintenance to our customers, situated in North, East and West of Netherlands.

Supervise, actively install and maintain products, new systems, and system extensions by our customers.

Investigate and report system related customer disruptions and questions; solve the problem and provide or recommend a solution.

Coordinate repairs and regular spare parts for customers.

Provide the necessary information to allow administrative follow-up and order handling.
