Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning or guidance of products in the corresponding region, organize technical training, maintenance and upgrade (including inverter, data collector and management system) 2. Timely shut down the on-site service processing of inverter and management system after-sale problems; 3. Spare parts application and recovery coordination management; 4. Maintain customer relationship, ensure customer satisfaction, collect and report customer information. Job Requirements: 1. Associate Bachelor degree or above, engineering (automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, etc.) background 2.
