Resolve problems/train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
Handle phone enquiry and support for customers during office and after office hours.
Attend to daily service requests, breakdowns, and service support to marketing.
Preventive Maintenance for medical equipment and support sales in workshops/events/seminar etc.
Communicates with reports to HQ for more complex troubshooting.
Study Engineering Change Notice, Implement Technical Service Recalls & communicate with HQ.
Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical with knowledge of DICOM, HL7, RIS, PACS is preferred
