About the job Service Engineer (EMS & Building Management)

Company Background

We are representing our client in Data Centre and Building Management Industry looking for Service Engineer to be based in Prai Penang.

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

• Good knowledge of monitoring and controlling systems such as BAS (Building Automation System), BMS (Building Management System), Control system, and EMS (Environmental monitoring system).
• Familiar with Industrial Protocol such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, Bacnet and SNMP.
• Design & create input / output list of equipment.
• To design and develop programming using ladder logic control for EMS.
• To program the static and dynamic values of data for visual information display.
• Project management & supervision of EMS project and coordinate with contractor to ensure all installation works done conform to drawing and solution requirement.
