Are you ready to help secure the future of collaboration for some of the world’s most sensitive and mission-critical environments? The M365 Air-Gapped Cloud (AGC) team, part of Microsoft Special Clouds (MSC), delivers and operates Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive in highly regulated, disconnected, and sovereign cloud environments. Our mission is to ensure these services remain highly available, performant, and compliant with the strictest security and operational standards.

This team provides on-call operational support and drives improvements to the operational posture of M365 products within U.S. Government and other air-gapped clouds. You will operate production services, partner with engineering and program management, and work closely with other teams to ensure our systems are stable, meet performance SLAs, and fulfill the expectations of internal and external customers.
