Provide quality technical support to the Southeast Asia sales team/Consultants, Partners and end-users, handling general to complex field engineering assignments with limited supervision throughout Southeast Asia. Resolve pre (if required) and post sales technical issues in a timely manner; implement interim solutions, if necessary, and escalate outstanding issues to Technical Service Manager for resolution. Maintain high quality standards and performance of company equipment/products in all venues. May assist with the installation, calibration, trouble shooting, commissioning and repair of equipment. Train partners and customer liaisons in the proper use of the company's products, systems, tools and test equipment required for optimal performance.
