According to the arrangement of technical service department leader, in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements of the company, complete the workshop maintenance and on-site service, solve the product failure and meet customer needs. Be responsible for customer satisfaction.Provide maintenance service for the users of ZF products independently, accurately judge and effectively eliminate the failure, and provide timely, accurate and completed maintenance service report.Be familiar with ZF products and maintenance knowledge and could introduce to customers.
