Service Director, Children's and Justice Services

Salary: £148,732 (Scottish JNC single point 50)
Hours: 36 per week

The Service Director for Children and Justice Services reports to the Corporate Director for Children, Education & Communities. This strategic role is part of the senior leadership team and focuses on service excellence and positive outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Children and Justice Services.


• Offer advice, guidance, governance and support on all matters relating to the Service within the City of Edinburgh.


• Represent the Service at senior council meetings and foster collaboration across departments.
