IT Support Specialist (Service Desk / IAM)Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) support for both internal staff and external users, along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, resolving technical issues, and supporting end-user computing environments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) support, including:
+ Verifying user identity
+ Resetting passwords and unlocking accounts
+ Guiding users through self-service account recovery processes
+ Escalating or routing calls to appropriate support teams when necessary
+ Documenting all interactions in the ticketing system
+ Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal users:
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
