Role Overview
First point of contact for employee technology support via phone, portal, and in-person channels.
Schedule Options
+ 4 openings: 7A–4P | 10:30A–7P (last 2 hrs remote) | 8A–5P
+ One Saturday/month | Occasional late shift coverage
Responsibilities
+ Triage and resolve incidents in Jira Service Management
+ Password resets, account unlocks, and access support
+ Troubleshoot virtual desktops, VPN, MFA, printers, and endpoints
+ Support Microsoft productivity tools and line-of-business applications
+ Escalate unresolved issues with thorough documentation
Requirements
+ 1–2 years help desk or desktop support experience
+ Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or comparable ticketing system
