We are expanding our teams to take on service center operations duties .
Responsibilities
In our team, you will perform the duties of a service center operator. The operator will receive technical training to be able to provide Level 2 incident resolution .
Availability
- Monday to Friday evening and night shifts, with some rotation onto morning shifts.
- Weekend and public holiday shifts.
Requirements
For this position, we are looking for Level 2 operators with training and an interest in:
- Telephone support in the Service Center (Spanish and English)
- Level 1 and Level 2 incident resolution / management
- Receiving and assigning tickets in the monitoring tool
- Communication with client companies
