JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least High School Graduate
With 2 years Customer Care Experience or 6 monthsβ1-year Technical Support experience
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice)
Can Start ASAP.
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support and assistance to clients/customers
Handle troubleshooting and resolve IT-related concerns
Deliver high-quality customer experience via voice support
Document and escalate issues when necessary
