About the Role

Position: Service Desk — Technical Support & Helpdesk

Contract: PJ (Independent Contractor)

Workload: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday just!)

Salary 6.000,00 PJ

Location: remote

You’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve technical issues with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
