Service Desk Analysts at FNZ are part of the IT Infrastructure department and provide IT technical assistance to FNZβs end users.Β Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, this is both a highly technical and user-facing role, performing duties that align with 1st and 2nd line support functions.
