Job Description:
Provide first-level post-sales technical support via phone for hardware, systems, sub-systems, and/or applications
Deliver technical assistance primarily to external customers
Use basic diagnostic techniques to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend effective solutions
Document and help improve processes and procedures for team use or Knowledge Base publication
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed
