Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Service Delivery Manager for one of their large telecom customers. This SDM will support various civilian government agency customers by managing internal order and process workflows from start to finish for all telecom products & services. Their focus is on troubleshooting stalled orders identifying whatβs missing, reconciling issues, and moving requests through the next required phase downstream. The role ensures standard process intervals are met and adhered to, flagging breakdowns and resolving gaps to keep work on track. Work is performed using tools such as Excel, Quickbase, and Outlook, with no direct customer-facing responsibilities. This position will be 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.
