We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager who will oversee the delivery of our AI-Generation Managed Services and other cloud-based solutions. In this client-facing role, you will ensure seamless service operations, coordinate with international teams, and uphold service excellence standards. You will leverage your strong communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholder expectations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a high-performance team environment. ITIL and Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
