IT vacancy with Oil and Gas client in India – Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of IT infrastructure, operational support, and IT security across the organization. This pivotal role entails leading the consolidation of IT services and infrastructure, enhancing information security, standardizing hardware and software, and managing diverse IT and operational support teams.

Minimum 5 years experience in IT service delivery, infrastructure management, and security.

Proficient in project management, with a track record of successful IT project implementation.

Deep knowledge of IT standards and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and experience in IT security strategy development.
