Service Delivery Manager – Express, Hamilton (Fixed Term until November 2027, Parental leave cover)

Lead our team of dispatchers and third‑party agents in a fast‑paced frontline leadership role, driving daily operations and ensuring customer, fleet and financial reporting.

About the role

We are looking for an operational Service Delivery Manager based in our Waikato Operations Centre in Hamilton. Reporting to the National Express Manager, you will lead dispatchers, Delivery Partners and their authorised drivers.

• Work closely with fleet and operations counterparts to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Oversee and manage a small team of dispatchers (various shifts) to support their training and success.
• Ensure dispatchers receive appropriate training and knowledge.
• Prepare regular customer, fleet and financial reports (Excel required).
