Service Delivery Co‑Ordinator - Property

Location: Warrington, WA3 6ZH

Salary: £28,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 37.5 hours per week – site based

What you’ll do

• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the AASC contract to support high-quality service delivery.
• Support the contract in maintaining the performance and compliance of the property portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Carry out administrative duties to support the wider Property Directorate and Service Delivery teams.
• Take ownership of specific service areas when required, supporting continuity during high workload or absence.
