Job Description - Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, portioning ingredients, and supporting plating during service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are followed.
- Support stock management by handling deliveries, organizing supplies, rotating stock, and minimizing waste.
- Learn and develop culinary skills under senior staff guidance, while demonstrating a positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to grow.
