Position Overview
Responsibilities - Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Restock and replenish service items as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements - Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
