Position Overview
Core Responsibilities . Operate and man the ice cream stall, ensuring smooth daily operations . Prepare and serve ice cream, toppings, waffles, cones, and related menu items . Handle cashiering duties, including POS operation, payment collection, and basic end-of-day reconciliation . Maintain product quality, portion consistency, and hygiene standards . Refill ingredients, toppings, cones, cups, and packaging materials throughout the day . Ensure cleanliness of the stall, equipment, counters, and dining area . Assist with opening and closing procedures (stock check, cleaning, equipment start-up/shutdown) . Provide friendly customer service, including product recommendations and handling customer queries . Support simple inventory tasks such as stock rotation, receiving goods, and reporting low stock .
