Position Overview
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Answer incoming customer service calls and schedule technicians for maintenance and repairs
+ Coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficient service coverage
+ Communicate with customers regarding service updates and job status
+ Process work orders, service requests, and data entry accurately
+ Order parts and monitor shipping/receiving activities
+ Assist with invoicing, inventory tracking, and warranty claims
+ Support daily operational and safety procedures
+ Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 2–3 years of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred
+ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
+ Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills required
