Dynamic Servitech Pvt. Ltd. — the Equipment Sales & Service (ESS) arm of the Dynamic Group and an authorized JCB dealership — is on the lookout for a young, energetic Service Coordinator to be the nerve centre of our service operations.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Managing end-to-end service tickets — from the moment a client raises a request to closure

✅ Coordinating deployment of service technicians for PDI, installations, and 1st / 2nd / 3rd scheduled services at client sites

✅ Raising spare parts requisitions and warranty claims, and tracking them to resolution

✅ Supporting spare parts sales to clients and walk-in customers
