Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day service coordination between service personnel and the customers.
- Communicating with and providing exceptional Customer Service to internal & external customers.
- Interacts with clients and receive feedback regarding the quality of work performed by service personnel.
- Provide accurate, clear, complete and timely distribution of job orders
- Responsible for the data entry in ERP system relevant to the department.
- Provide timely updates to Service Manager on performance in key areas regularly.
- Providing support to colleagues as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Coordinator preferably in the field of service and sales
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any business course in a reputable institution;
