Position Overview
SUMMARY: -
POSITION INFO: - Coordinate and control daily workshop service operations, scheduling vehicles and/or equipment for service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related enquiries, ensuring professional customer communication and accurate service information.
- Plan and maintain service schedules, technician allocations and resource availability in collaboration with workshop management.
- Monitor workflow progress, service turnaround times and communicate updates to customers.
- Ensure all service documentation (job cards, authorisations and invoices) is accurately completed, approved and processed.
- Capture, verify and maintain service-related data, records and reports.
- Coordinate invoicing and ensure payment or authorisation is received prior to the release of vehicles and/or equipment.
