Job Description Track progress and resolve scheduling or resource conflicts Maintain accurate service records and logs for compliance and reporting Participate in planning meetings to forecast service demand and resource allocation Manage routine and emergency maintenance schedules for existing clients Ensure service level agreements (SLA'S) are met by tracking technician dispatch and job completion Lias Ie with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment Qualifications & Skills Grade 12 qualification 1-2 years' experience in coordination or administration Must come from service delivery environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
