Responsibilities Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customers' needs Act as a key communication link between customers, workshop and parts department to assure responsiveness Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status Manage service documentation (repair orders, quotations, invoices, warranty claims, inspection reports) Any other tasks as assigned by manager Requirements Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology Good knowledge of motorcycle components Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships Possess a valid class 2 driving licence
