Key Responsibilities: Candidate resourcing To resource suitable candidates to support the fulfilment needs of both the permanent and temporaries teams, through the management of an appropriate candidate strategy in line with our talent sourcing hierarchy Search and identify suitable candidates using Boolean searching and filtering tools within our global candidate pool in Jobscience Carry out appropriate pre-screening and testing to ensure only the highest calibre of candidates are submitted Provide an excellent level of service by embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture Assist candidates with the application process, briefing them on the interview/assessment process and giving them a thorough overview of the role and client Ensure that candidates understand how to access and self-serve via the Blue Arrow candidate portal and MyBlueArrow app Maintain candidate contact from initial call through to placement to minimise drop outs Ensure all candidates placed meet the ...
