Job Description
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage client interactions, apply contractual processes effectively, and support the wider account delivery team through strong administration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Log and process client calls and emails relating to sites, translating requests into engineering or FM solutions. Identify and apply the most appropriate solution in line with contractual requirements. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and the account delivery team. Manage and update associated systems and software, including Maximo. Provide a professional, articulate, and customer-focused helpdesk service.
