Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12
- Qualification: Grade 12
- Experience: 1β2 years in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a service delivery environment
Key Tasks:
- Coordinate end-to-end scheduling and execution of new service installations.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment.
- Track progress and proactively resolve scheduling or resource conflicts.
- Manage routine and emergency maintenance schedules for existing clients.
- Ensure service level agreements are met by tracking technician dispatch and job completion.
