Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to produce accurate estimated and actual invoices.
• Maintain the service charge database.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Collate financial records for property service charges.
• Manage accountancy functions related to billing and recharging.
• Issue Section 20B notices.
• Provide supporting information for leaseholder inquiries, disputes and legal challenges.
