Supporting with service charges for the organisation, ensuring we maximise value for money, deliver a great service to our customers, and maintain strong compliance and controls at every stepBeing an expert within the team and within the organisation around service charges and finance business systems, updates and improvement activity to deliver a great support service to the organisationSupporting compliance, legislation and best practice around service charges and delivering great value to our customers through external events and networkingMaximising recovery of our service costs from customers and contributing to reporting of this activity to senior Finance members and internal stakeholdersWorking with customers to get feedback on our service chargeable provision – handling customer complaints and ensuring we act on the feedback to improveSupporting wi...
