Position Overview
OMICRON is a leading manufactuerer of primary and secondary test equipment for electric power systems. The Service Center Technician supports both our customer's test equipment as well as our demo equipment. The preferred location for this position is Mexico City. This position will report to the National Sales Manager for Mexico.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot Issues: Handle general inquiries and resolve common mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures. Perform routine troubleshooting, parts replacement, and system testing to ensure proper functionality.
- Repair and Maintenance: Conduct and document repairs, preventive maintenance, and technical services on OMICRON products. Ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
