Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities - Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all sections.
- Deliver comprehensive table service, including order taking, food and beverage recommendations, and guest engagement.
- Handle guest relations professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Supervise table allocation, coordinate service flow, and support delivery/takeaway operations where required.
- Operate and monitor POS systems for order processing, billing accuracy, and closing procedures.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Service Captain or similar role in a in a fast-paced F&B environment.
- Strong background in customer service with confidence in handling guest feedback and resolving issues.
