Our client operates a number of premium automotive brands across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. Requirements We are looking for a highly motivated Booking Advisor to join a busy after sales team in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

As part of the Aftersales Team, you will provide support and assistance by booking customer vehicles in for service and MOTs. This will be telephone lead through both inbound and outbound telephone activities. Another part of the role will be to communicate suitable aftercare products or services to customers.
