In this role, you will make an impact by placing and tracking orders for parts and services needed for the Services department’s activities. You will manage and schedule visits for customers with active contracts, ensuring that established schedules are met. You will also manage the fleet of vehicles used by Services technicians, monitoring their availability and usage. You will assist in creating, updating, and monitoring technicians’ service calls through the SIMOVA system, ensuring that activities are carried out correctly. You will also support the control and tracking of Service Department expenses, contributing to the department’s budgetary and financial management.
