Our client is an engineering company based in Mallusk. They are now seeking to recruit a Service Assistant Co-ordinator to join their service team.
Previous experience working within an engineering / service environment is highly desirable, however training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist the Service Coordinator in managing all departmental paperwork including timesheets, invoicing, engineer reports, customer reports etc. Assist other departments as and when required such as the printing and referencing of drawings, filing, archiving, answering of phones etc. General Admin as and when required Criteria:
